Bihari Chicken stick














Ingrediants
- Boneless Chicken Boti ½ kg 
– Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbs
-
Green Chilli Paste 2 tsp
 
- Yogurt 3 tbs
-
Mustard Oil 3 tbs
 
- Fried Onion and crushed 2 tbs
-
White Vinegar 1 tbs
-
Meat Tenderizer 1/2 tbs 
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
-
Turmeric ½ tsp
-
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp or to taste
-
Nutmeg & Mace ¼ tsp
-
Whole Spice Powder ½ tsp
 
- Roasted Gram 1-2 tbs
  
- Poppy Seeds Roasted 1 tsp
- bread crumbs 1 cup
-1 large egg 
-oil for frying
Directions
- Grind together roasted gram and poppy seeds.
 
- In a bowl add boti and all other ingredients and mix well.
-
Leave for 2-3 hours or more if want tenderer.

Adjust the Botis on Skewers
-
give a coal smoke(optional)
- cover the skewer with bread crumbs then dip in beaten egg and deep fry  on low flame  until  golden brown
-
Serve  along with Chutneys and Salad.

chicken hot n sour soup










Ingredients(for 2 serves)
* 1 chicken breast (minced)
* 750ml water
* onion 1 medium
* 4 garlic cloves
* 1 cm ginger
* 1 pc bay leaves
* 8-10 peppercorn
* 1/4 tsp salt
 Direction
 .boil the above ingredients together ,after it boils stain and preserve this vegetable stock
separately
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1/2 tsp garlic finely chopped
* 1/2 tsp ginger chopped
* 1/2 tsp white spring onions
* 1/4 cup  carrots julienne
* 1 tbsp cabbage finely chopped(optional)
* 1/4 cup capsicum julienne
* 2 tbsp vinegar
* 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
* 1 tsp red chillli sauce
* 1 tsp tomato sauce (or ketchup 2 tbsp)
* 1 tsp black pepper powder
* 1 tsp white pepper powder
* salt to taste
* 1 tbsp spring onion
* 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
*1 egg white beaten(lightly with fork)


Directions
.In a pan add oil (olive),garlic ,ginger , spring onions and chicken mince and saute together until the chicken is lightly cooked
.Then add carrots ,capsicum,cabbage and saute for 1 mins then then add preserved vegetable stock ,vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce,tomato sauce ,black pepper,salt , white pepper and cook with a  lid then add cornflour and water mixture ,mix well until the texture gets thick .add beaten egg white and mix well
.add spring onions and serve hot

Garlic cheese bread



Ingredients:
Makhan (butter) 100 gms
Lehsan (garlic) chopped 4-5 cloves
• Parsley fresh or dried to taste
• Namak (salt) to taste
• Bread of your choice
• Kuti lal mirch (chili flakes) to taste
• Kali mirch (black pepper) to taste
 • Jalapenos
Olives
• Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Take butter, add chopped garlic and parsley (If you are taking fresh parsley, 
chop it and then  add to the butter). Mix well until all are combined.

• Garlic can be used in chopped form or you can grind it as well, it
 is as per liking. If you like it chunky than chop, if you like it in paste 
form than grind to a paste and then add to butter.
• Slice bread diagonally, spread garlic butter on it generously. 
• Now you can add any topping of your choice.
For simple garlic bread, add garlic butter only.
• Add any topping e.g.: jalapenos, corn, chopped onion, 
boiled shredded chicken, chili flakes or any Italian seasoning
 as per liking and so on.
• For cheesy garlic bread, spread garlic butter 
and then add cheese generously. 
• Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
Bake garlic bread slices for 
10 minutes and serve.
Tip: Garlic butter can be prepared and refrigerated for 10-15 days
